Here you will find information on the issuance of the electronic residence permit.
If you are a third-country national family member of an EU or EEA citizen who has resided permanently and lawfully in Germany for a period of five years, you can apply to the Foreigners' Registration Office for a permanent residence card.
If you wish to apply for unemployment benefits, you must register as unemployed electronically in the specialist portal of the Federal Employment Agency or in person at the employment agency responsible for your place of residence.
