Chemicals: Recognised training and further education institutions in accordance with the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance

Anyone who wants to take tests in the field of chemical climate protection needs recognition.

The Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance applies in addition to the European Regulation No. 842/2006 on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. In § 5 in connection with the European Regulations No. 303/2008 and 307/2008, it regulates the recognition of training and further education institutions, companies or companies as a body entitled to take examinations and to issue certificates of competence.

  • if applicable, examination regulations,
  • where applicable, procedural rules for the issue of certificates of competence,
  • List of equipment used in training and
  • if applicable, samples of an examination exam, questionnaire.
