Installations requiring monitoring: petrol station - permit

Anyone who wants to build, operate or make changes to a gas station needs a permit.

For the construction (assembly, installation) and operation as well as significant changes (type or mode of operation) of a filling station, you need a permit from the competent authority.

Filling stations are so-called "systems requiring monitoring" that must be assembled, installed and operated according to the state of the art.

Permission may be granted subject to conditions and may be limited, limited in time and subject to conditions at any time.

Permission must be applied for in writing, including all documents necessary for the assessment of the installation, with the expert opinion of an approved monitoring body.
