Vocational training: registration of the training relationship
Apprenticeships in a recognised training occupation must be registered with the Chamber.
If, as a recognised training company, you wish to train a trainee in a recognised training occupation, the training relationship must be registered with the competent chamber. Registration is a prerequisite for subsequent admission to the final examination.
The following information is required:
- Surname, first name, date of birth, address of the trainees,
- Gender, nationality, general school leaving certificate, previous participation in pre-vocational qualification or basic vocational training, previous vocational training,
- if necessary, the surname, first name and address of the legal representatives,
- Training occupation including specialisation,
- Date of conclusion of the training contract, duration of training, duration of the probationary period,
- date of commencement of vocational training,
- type of funding for vocational training relationships funded predominantly publicly, in particular on the basis of the Third Book of the Social Code,
- Name and address of the trainers, address of the training centre, economic sector, membership of the civil service,
- Surname, first name, gender and type of professional aptitude of the trainers.
