The application should contain the following information:

  • company name and registered office,
  • where applicable, the name and registered office of the branch or branch,
  • name, profession, date and place of birth, nationality, address of the holder of the arms trade permit and the deputy,
  • where applicable, name, occupation, date and place of birth, nationality, address of the head of the branch or branch,
  • type of intended arms trade (retail, wholesale, foreign, mail order, arms brokerage),
  • description of the types of weapons and ammunition traded,
  • Proof of expertise,
  • Proof of reliability.
