Craft roll: Information Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.

Upon request, the Chamber of Crafts provides information from the craft register (e.B addresses of registered craft businesses).

If you need addresses of registered craft businesses or would like to know whether a particular business has been duly registered in the craft register or who the manager is, you can apply for information from the craft register at the Chamber of Crafts (HWK).

In order for the Chamber of Crafts to provide information from the craft register, you must prove a legitimate interest. In addition, there must be no reason to believe that the data subject has a legitimate interest in excluding the transmission of his/her data. For example, there is a legitimate interest if you need the information to be able to check whether you want to include the company in a tender. These requirements also apply to information from the directories of the Chamber of Crafts for crafts or craft businesses without a licence.

The first and last names of the farmer, the legal representative or the general partner responsible for the technical management of the business, the company name, the craft practised or the address of the commercial establishment may be transmitted if the trader has not objected.

Information on necessary documents can be obtained from the HWK.
