Apply for entry in the register of crafts without authorisation or in the list of craft trades similar to crafts

Anyone who wishes to take up the independent operation of a license-free craft or craft-like trade as a standing trade must immediately notify the Chamber of Crafts responsible for the place of business.

For the display of a license-free craft or a craft-like trade as a standing trade, you submit an application for entry in the register of the owners of a business of a license-free craft or a craft-like trade.

A trade is a trade without a licence or a craft-like trade if it is operated by craft and is listed in Annex B of the Crafts Code. In contrast to a craft subject to registration in the register, you do not need proof of qualification or a master craftsman's title to register.

After notification of the craft-like trade, the Chamber of Crafts issues a confirmation of the entry in the register of the owners of a business of a craft or a craft-like trade (trade card). With the business card, you can later legitimize yourself as a registered business enterprise.
