Public appointment and swearing-in of samplers Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.

Anyone wishing to work as a sampler must be publicly appointed and sworn in by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

The procedure begins with an application and detailed preliminary discussions. After the examination of the documents to be submitted, a review of the personal suitability takes place. The so-called special expertise before an expert committee is structured as follows: A preliminary review of expert opinions, publications and other qualifications to be submitted is carried out and a written and oral review is carried out. The examination procedure ends with a vote of the expert committee and the expert committee of the IHK.

In a festive setting, a swearing-in of the sampler to be appointed is carried out by the President/President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, while the sampler to be appointed signs the declaration of commitment, the declaration of swearing-in and the consent to the use of the data.

The procedure takes about nine months.
At the ceremonial appointment as a sampler, you will receive an order certificate, the sampler ID and the sampler stamp, as well as various information materials. The order will be published. Publicly appointed samplers will be included in Internet directories with their consent. In addition, the appointing bodies issue lists and directories for their district or region in order to inform courts and authorities, business and the public.
