Soil guideline value map: Excerpt / information Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.

Soil guideline values are displayed in a soil guideline value map.

To support the transparency of the real estate market, the expert committees for land values determine land reference values from the purchase price collection they maintain. The soil guideline values refer to the square meter of land area. In built-up areas, the soil guideline values only include the value that would result if the soil were undeveloped. The determination takes place at the end of each even-term calendar year.

The land reference value is not the market value of a property. Rather, the soil reference value represents the average location value of the land for a plurality of plots of land for which essentially the same usage and value ratios exist.

The soil guideline values are displayed in a soil guideline value map.

No special documents are required for soil reference value information. In order to localize the soil reference values, it is necessary to specify the location name (place, street, house number) or the parcel designation.

Soil guideline value information and extracts from the soil guideline value map can be applied for informally at the offices of the responsible expert committees.
