Outdoor advertising: Approval

Outdoor advertising is generally subject to approval.

Outdoor advertising is understood to mean the forms of advertising in which the advertising medium is located in public space. The installation of outdoor advertising is usually subject to approval (special use permit). This also applies, among other things, to election advertising.

As a rule, the installation of outdoor advertising is not permitted outside the town crossings. Exceptions can only be granted in individual cases under certain conditions, for example in the case of advertising systems for one's own service at the location of one's own service.
