Certificate of completion Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.

Certificate that the condominium / partial ownership is structurally sufficiently completed from other apartments / rooms.

A certificate of completion is a certificate that residential (partial) ownership within the meaning of the Act on Residential Property and Permanent Residence (Wohnungseigentumsgesetz - WoEigG) is structurally sufficiently completed from other apartments/rooms.

A certificate of completion, together with the distribution plans, is the basis for the legal anchoring of residential property by the land registry office in the land register sheet (land register entry).

According to the WoEigG, a special land register sheet is created for each co-ownership share. The registration permit must be accompanied by a certificate from the lower building supervisory authority after special ownership is granted when the apartments have been completed.
