Disposal, i.e. recovery or disposal, including the transport of hazardous waste, is subject to a verification procedure under waste law. Waste producers as well as owners, carriers, collectors and disposers of hazardous waste are obliged to do so on the basis of the Act on the Promotion of the Circular Economy and Ensuring the Environmentally Compatible Management of Waste (Circular Economy Act - KrWG).
