Market value appraisals Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.

A market value appraisal provides information about the market value of an undeveloped/developed property or a right to the property.

If, for example, you need the market value of an undeveloped or developed property or a right to the property in the context of purchase negotiations or family law matters (inheritance disputes), you can have this determined as part of a market value appraisal.

The market value is defined as a market value that could be achieved at the time of its determination in the ordinary business transactions without regard to unusual or personal circumstances.

A market value appraisal is prepared on request. Eligible to apply are, among others, the owners, beneficiaries treated as such, holders of other rights to the property and persons entitled to a reserved portion for whose reserved portion the value of the property is important.

Since different documents have to be submitted from case to case, we recommend that you contact the competent authority in advance.

Market value appraisals can be applied for informally.
