Determination of the market value according to the Building Code

If you want to know the value of an undeveloped or developed property, you can have it determined by a market value appraisal by an expert committee.

The market value is equivalent to the market value of a developed or undeveloped property.
According to § 193 of the Building Code, the reimbursement of market value appraisals is the task of the respective expert committees.
The federal states are authorized by § 199 of the Building Code to make their own legal ordinances for the formation of expert committees.

Preconditions

The basis for the determination of market value is the Building Code and the Real Estate Valuation Ordinance with the associated guidelines.
