Building staking out

If you want to build a new building, you must have staked out the floor area of the building and determined its altitude before construction begins.

If you want to have a new building erected, the floor area of the building must be staked out and its altitude determined before construction begins. The marking is usually carried out with the help of a cord scaffold.

The building must comply with the markings both in terms of floor plan and altitude. If the building supervisory authority requires proof of this from an official body, it should be noted that the building stakeout must be certified by a publicly appointed surveyor.

Applications can be submitted informally.
