Apply for a severely disabled person's pass
The severely disabled person's card provides information about the degree of disability and, if applicable, other health characteristics.
The determination of a degree of disability (GdB) is a prerequisite for the issuance of a severely disabled person's card. The assessment shall establish the effects of one or more disabilities as a whole.
In particular, the degree of disability and other health characteristics are entered on the severely disabled person's card.
The card with the respective characteristic is a prerequisite for the use of disadvantage compensation, such as free travel in public transport.

The application for the issuance of the severely disabled person's card can be made informally or with the help of the provided form applications.
