Attention: If the application is submitted after the expiry of the period of validity of the FzF, an extension is no longer possible. An application must be made for the granting of a new FzF.

  • official proof of place and day of birth (e.B. identity card or passport)

  • EU/EEA driving licence

  • Up-to-date information from the driving aptitude register
  • Proof of physical and mental fitness
  • Proof of compliance with vision requirements
  • Proof of resilience, orientation performance, concentration performance, attention performance and responsiveness (if extended beyond the age of 60)
