Apply for a Registration Certificate Part II Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.
With the registration certificate Part II (formerly vehicle registration document) you can prove that you are allowed to dispose of the vehicle in question.
You may only use a vehicle subject to registration on public roads if it has been registered for it by the competent registration authority.
The registration certificate Part II is valid as proof of the right of disposal. However, it does not constitute proof of ownership.
It is an EU-wide document.
If an old vehicle registration document still exists for your vehicle, it remains valid.
