Housing promotion: Housing promotion of self-housing Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.
Within the framework of social housing support, the state of Rhineland-Palatinate offers households various support services for the formation of self-occupied residential property. In doing so, the country supports households that are unable to provide adequate housing on the market and who need help. In particular, the support will support families and other households with children and disabled people who, taking into account their income, cannot bear the burden of building or acquiring housing without social housing support. The State of Rhineland-Palatinate, together with the Investment and Structural Bank of Rhineland-Palatinate (ISB), supports ISB loans (basic loans and supplementary loans) and repayment grants in the form of low-interest ISB loans. The country guarantees ISB loans of up to 80 per cent. Note: There is no legal right to support.
Evidence of the income of the household to be promoted. See application forms from the Investment and Structural Bank Rhineland-Palatinate (ISB).
In the case of respect for the income limits, which are differentiated according to household size, support may be granted with a loan reduced in interest.
