Housing promotion: Housing Promotion of social rented housing

For all programs of rental housing promotion offered here, the recipient assumes obligations, in particular occupancy and rent commitments, in return for the subsidies. He undertakes to rent only to households that comply with the specified income limits and not to take more than the agreed rent, which is regularly below the market rent level.

Funding is granted for individual projects on the basis of the published funding programmes, which conclusively define the eligibility requirements and conditions, by means of funding commitments in accordance with the available budget funds. Recipients of funding can be both domestic and foreign investors (e.g. companies, private individuals). The funding is open to all those who create a project described in accordance with the funding programmes or leave it to existing living space and comply with the required occupancy and rental obligations.

The funding decision (funding commitment) determines in particular the purpose of the funding, the amount and type of use of the grants as well as the type and duration of the occupancy and rental obligations to be adhered to by the beneficiary.

Note: There is no legal entitlement to funding.
