Severely disabled people have additional protection against dismissal from employment compared to non-disabled people. The dismissal of a severely disabled person is only effective if the employer has received the prior approval of the Integration Office. The application for consent to the intended termination must be submitted in writing or electronically to the competent authority. Please note: For applications for consent to the cancellation, electronic access is only opened via the Virtual Post Office (VPS) of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
