Apply for a certificate of completion

You want to have ownership shares entered in the land register? Then you need a certificate of completion.

The certificate of completion certifies that apartments or other rooms within the meaning of the Condominium Act have been completed. It is required (in addition to the distribution plan) for the registration of the ownership shares in the land register.

Construction drawing (floor plans, sections, views) in at least two copies (at least on a scale of 1:100), which in particular shows how communal and special property are located and separated from each other, and that the apartments or other rooms are self-contained. All individual rooms belonging to the same condominium etc. must be provided with the same number in the construction drawing.
