If they are legally established as interpreters or translators as interpreters or translators in a Member State of the European Union or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, they may carry out this activity in Rhineland-Palatinate temporarily and occasionally. They must report their activities to one of the presidents of the Higher Regional Court and are then entered in a register.
