Certify the father's waiver of transfer of custody

Consent to the adoption of a child by the biological parents is required by law. The father may waive the application for transfer of parental authority.

Consent to the adoption of a child by the parents is a legally required requirement for adoption. In the case of newborns, consent may not be given until the child is eight weeks old.

If the parents are not married and have not submitted a joint declaration of custody, then consent of the legal father to the adoption is already possible before the birth of the child.

If, on the other hand, the father has filed an application for the transfer of custody, this application must be decided on before the adoption of the child.
