View test experts for fire protection activity
Persons who come from another Member State of the European Union or a State assimilated under the law of the European Communities and wish to carry out the work of a recognised fire safety investigator in Rhineland-Palatinate must comply with the requirements of Section 6(3) and (4) of the Land Ordinance on Structural Fire Protection Experts, provide the evidence required therein and notify the recognition authority of the first action in Rhineland-Palatinate in advance.
The notification shall be supplemented by the required information and evidence in accordance with Sections 3 and 6 (3) and (4) of the Land Ordinance on Experts in Structural Fire Protection.
The notification of the commencement of the activity as an audit expert or test expert for technical installations in Rhineland-Palatinate shall be addressed informally to the recognition authority.
In order to be able to indicate an activity in Rhineland-Palatinate, the requirements of Section 6 (3) and (4) of the Land Ordinance on Experts in Structural Fire Protection must be met. In addition, persons must comply with the requirements of Section 2 in accordance with Section 6(4) of the requirements of Section 2.
The notification of the commencement of an activity as an examination expert or test expert for fire protection must be made to the recognition authority in Rhineland-Palatinate. The necessary evidence in accordance with Section 6 (3) and (4) of the Land Ordinance on Experts in Structural Fire Protection must be attached to the notification. The recognition authority examines the evidence and certifies that the requirements regarding the proof of knowledge and the specific field of activity as well as the requirements of Paragraph 2 are met. Only after presentation of the certificates of the certification authority may the activity as test expert or test expert for fire protection be carried out.
