Test experts for stability View start of work

Persons who come from another Member State of the European Union or a state treated as such under the law of the European Communities and who wish to carry out the activity of a recognised test expert for stability in Rhineland-Palatinate must meet the requirements of § 7a (2) and (3) of the Land Ordinance on Test Experts for Stability (PrüfSStBauVO), provide the evidence required therein and take the first action in Rhei nland-Pfalz to the recognition authority in advance.

The notification must be accompanied by the necessary information and evidence in accordance with § 3 and § 7a (2) and (3) of the State Ordinance on Test Expert Stability (PrüfSStBauVO).

Preconditions
In order to be able to report action in Rhineland-Palatinate, the requirements of § 7a (2) and (3) of the State Ordinance on Test Experts for Stability (PrüfSStBauVO) must be met. In addition, according to § 7 Abs. 3 and Abs. 3 PrüfSStBauVO persons must meet comparable requirements to the requirements of § 3 PrüfSStBauVO.
The notification of the commencement of an activity as a test expert for stability must be made to the Chamber of Engineers Rhineland-Palatinate. The necessary evidence in accordance with § 7a (2) and (3) of the State Ordinance on Test Experts for Stability (PrüfSStBauVO) must be attached to the notification. The Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Engineers checks the evidence and certifies that it meets the requirements with regard to the proof of knowledge and the specific field of activity as well as the requirements of § 3 PrüfSStBauVO. Only after submission of the certificates Ingenieurkammer Rheinland-Pfalz may the activity as an inspection expert for stability be carried out.
