View test experts for stability

Persons who come from another Member State of the European Union or a State assimilated under the law of the European Communities and wish to carry out the work of a recognised test expert for stability in Rhineland-Palatinate must comply with the requirements of Section 7a(2) and (3) of the Land Ordinance on Test Experts for Stability (PrüfSStBauVO) in order to provide the evidence required therein and to notify the first action in Rhineland-Palatinate.

The information and evidence required in accordance with Sections 3 and 7a (2) and (3) of the Land Ordinance on Test Experts Stability Safety (PrüfSStBauVO) must be attached to the notification.

The notification of the commencement of the activity as a test expert for stability in Rhineland-Palatinate must be addressed to the Chamber of Engineers of Rhineland-Palatinate. The display can be set informally.

Preconditions
In order to be able to indicate an activity in Rhineland-Palatinate, the requirements of Section 7a (2) and (3) of the Land Ordinance on Test Experts for Stability (PrüfSStBauVO) must be fulfilled. In addition, persons must comply with the requirements of Section 3 Of The SStBauVO in accordance with Section 7 (3) and 3 PrüfSStBauVO.
The announcement of the commencement of an activity as an expert for stability must be made at the Chamber of Engineers of Rhineland-Palatinate. The necessary evidence in accordance with Section 7a (2) and (3) of the Land Ordinance on Test Experts for Stability (PrüfSStBauVO) must be attached to the notification. The Chamber of Engineers of Rhineland-Palatinate examines the evidence and certifies that it meets the requirements with regard to the proof of knowledge and the specific field of activity as well as the requirements of Section 3 Of the S. Test Building Regulation. Only after presentation of the certificates Of Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Engineers can the activity be carried out as an expert for stability.
