Child Day Care Care Permit Application

Would you like to run a day care for children? Then you have to apply for a care permit.

Children are entitled to support in a day care centre or alternatively in a day care centre. A person who wants to care for one or more children outside the household of the parent or guardian needs permission.

Day care for children is provided by a suitable day carer in their household, in the household of the person entitled to custody or in other suitable rooms (except in day-care centres) for a fee.

Preconditions

A childcare permit for child day care is necessary if you have one or more children outside the household of the parent or guardian during

  • part of the day and
  • more than 15 hours per week
  • for a fee
  • longer than three months

would like to supervise.
