Children are entitled to support in a day care centre or alternatively in a day care centre. A person who wants to care for one or more children outside the household of the parent or guardian needs permission. Day care for children is provided by a suitable day carer in their household, in the household of the person entitled to custody or in other suitable rooms (except in day-care centres) for a fee.
A childcare permit for child day care is necessary if you have one or more children outside the household of the parent or guardian during part of the day and more than 15 hours per week for a fee longer than three months would like to supervise.
