Housing promotion: Housing promotion of modernizations in the rental housing stock Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.
The Land of Rhineland-Palatinate offers this support within the framework of social housing support, in particular to support the supply of households that cannot adequately supply themselves with housing on the market. The modernisation support is aimed at interested parties who are willing to provide rental housing to households with incomes of up to 60% above the income threshold of Section 13 (2) of the Land Housing Promotion Act (LWoFG). For all programs of the rental housing promotion offered here, the recipient assumes obligations, in particular occupancy and rental obligations, in return for the subsidies. It undertakes to rent only to households that comply with the specified income limits. The funding will be granted on the basis of the published support programmes, which finalise the eligibility conditions and conditions, by means of funding commitments based on the available budget for individual projects. Beneficiaries can be both domestic and foreign investors (e.B. companies, private individuals). The funding is open to all on equal terms, who implement a structural modernization project described in accordance with the support programme and comply with the required occupancy and rental obligations. The funding decision (funding commitment) determines in particular the purpose of the grant, the amount and method of use of the grants as well as the type and duration of the occupancy and rental obligations to be observed by the beneficiary. Note: There is no legal right to support.
Application forms and further information can be obtained from the Investment and Structural Bank Rhineland-Palatinate (ISB).
