You can appeal immediately to the Appeals Court against decisions of the Awarding Chamber. A period of two weeks from the date of notification of the decision of the awarding chamber shall apply. The immediate appeal has suspensive effect against the decision of the awarding chamber.

You must file the immediate complaint in writing, give reasons and state the following: Explanation of the extent to which you wish to challenge the decision of the awarding chamber and request a different decision Indication of the facts and evidence on which your complaint is based The complaint must be signed by a lawyer or by a lawyer.
