Anyone wishing to act as a lawyer requires a licence. A document shall be issued and issued by the competent authority for this purpose. With the admission, the applicant becomes a member of the authorising post. After admission, the activity may be carried out under the professional title 'lawyer' or 'lawyer'.

  • publicly certified photocopying of the certificate
    • on the acquisition of the qualification to become a judge's office,
    • on the passing of the aptitude test or
    • on other admission requirements in accordance with Section 4 of the Federal Lawyers' Code (BRAO),
  • Proof of the conclusion of professional inertial insurance in accordance with Section 51 BRAO in the original,
  • Resume
  • if necessary, publicly certified copying of the doctoral certificate or proof of acquisition of another academic degree,
  • Personnel sheet with photo
