Training company: vocational retraining - monitoring Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.

A prerequisite for vocational retraining is a training centre suitable for the respective training. The suitability is also fulfilled if training is carried out outside the training centre. The vocational training centre must be suitable according to the type and equipment (vocational training centre - monitoring suitability). The competent body (e.g. the respective chamber) supervises the implementation of the vocational retraining from the beginning of the measure and promotes it by advising the persons involved in the retraining. To this end, she must appoint consultants. The body responsible for the training is responsible for the suitability of the training centre and for the elimination of possible complaints. If a defect cannot be remedied, the competent authority under national law must be informed. Trainees, retrainers and other persons are obliged, on request, to provide the information necessary for the monitoring, to provide documentation and to allow visits to the training establishments. The competent body cooperates closely with the supervisory authority, in particular in the implementation of the Youth Employment Protection Act. In the case of vocational training in occupations of agriculture, rural housekeeping and housekeeping, the training centre must be recognised by the competent authority under national law. The Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection and the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, may, after consulting the Main Committee of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, lay down certain minimum requirements for the size, establishment and management status of the training centre by decree.
