Permission to display persons on a commercial display Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.

Shows of people are events in which the physical appearance of the people on display is the main focus. The performances they perform (e.B. singing performances or theatrical performances) are in the background. This term mainly covers events that

  • display the sexual stimuli of the persons concerned, or
  • satisfy the sensationalism of the audience.

Examples: Striptease or Tabledance

Commercial displays of persons require a permit. These can be obtained by natural and legal persons. Need permission

  • the organiser of the show, as well as
  • Persons who make their business premises available for demonstration.

Permission to display does not replace other permits.
Note: Performances with a predominantly artistic, acrobatic, sporting or similar character are exempt from the authorisation requirement.

No documentation is required.
