Have you suffered damage to health as a way of vaccination or any other measure of specific prophylaxis? Has this vaccination been publicly recommended, prescribed or prescribed by law or carried out under international health regulations?

Then, because of the damage to vaccination and because of the health and economic consequences of the damage, you can, on request, receive care in accordance with the Law on the Care of Victims of War (BVG).

  • Please attach a birth certificate or present your identity card or passport in case of personal submission of the application.

  • Confirmation of reporting

  • Proof of nationality (unless German nationality)

  • For non-EU applicants: proof of your legal residence

  • medical documents in your possession (e.g. Opinions )

  • if applicable, power of attorney, caregiver's certificate or certificate of identification

  • Vaccination certificate / Vaccination book / Vaccination certificate
