Measures for the detection and prevention of dental diseases for health insurance license
Dental care serves to examine teeth and oral cavity in detail in order to be able to detect and treat any dental, oral and jaw diseases at an early stage.
Dental prevention is aimed at all insured persons and serves to be able to detect and treat any dental, oral and jaw diseases at an early stage.
Dental prophylaxis measures in adults include:
- the instructions for effective oral hygiene,
- Notes on the reduction of risk factors
- the removal of hard plaque and caries or irritant factors that can cause gingivitis.
For insured persons over 18 years of age, one preventive examination per year is provided. Some health insurance companies offer different services.
