Emergency rescue shall include the necessary medical measures for life-threatening injuries or sufferers and for persons who are expected to suffer serious health damage if they do not receive immediate medical care. to carry out the operation, to establish the transportability of these persons and, if necessary, to transport them, under professional care, with equipped rescue equipment, to a treatment facility suitable for further care.

The emergency rescue is mainly provided by the ground-based rescue service and supplemented by the air rescue of the country.

Ensuring that the population is provided with emergency rescue services in an appropriate way is the responsibility of the competent authority.
