Passport issue for minors for the first time Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.
The application of minors must be approved in writing by both parents (as long as they exercise joint custody). In the case of unmarried or divorced parents, consent may be given by the parent to whom the Family Court has delegated sole parental custody of the child. The decision of the Family Court must be submitted at the time of application.
Furthermore, in the case of minors, one parent at the time of the application, the other parent signs at the time of collection.
From the age of 7, fingerprints must be taken to issue a passport to minors. This is not necessary until the age of 6.
There is a special provision for entry into the United States. For each child, the fingerprints must also be included in the child's passport up to the age of 6. In addition, an entry permit (ESTA) must be obtained.

From the age of 10, the child's signature must be on the passport.
