In the interests of the administration of justice or in order to avoid hardship, the competent authority may exempt a patent attorney from the obligation of a lawyer under Section 26(3) of the Patent Attorneys' Regulations (PAO).

  • An exemption is granted in accordance with Section 27(2) of the Patent Attorneys' Regulations (PAO) if a law firm
