In the interests of the administration of justice or in order to avoid hardship, the competent authority may exempt a lawyer from the obligation to take a chance under Section 29 of the Federal Lawyers' Code (BRAO).

    • Disease
    • Old age
    • Training abroad
    • Establishment of a law firm exclusively in another state unless overriding interests prevent the administration of justice
