The disposal of hazardous waste is subject to the waste law proof v experienced, which is to be carried out electronically from 01.04.2010. The electronic detection procedure must be carried out by producers, collectors and carriers as well as disposal of hazardous waste (operators of plants or companies that dispose of waste in a procedure in accordance with Annex II A or II B of the Circular Economic Act (KrWG). For electronic verification, you must register with the Central Coordination Unit for Waste (ZKS Waste). Since 1 February 2011, an electronic signature is also required instead of a handwritten signature on the proof forms (disposal, collective disposal certificates and accompanying certificates).
An electronic signature card is required for the necessary electronic signature of the proof documents. This signature card is available from various vendors. An overview of the providers can be found on the homepage of the Federal Network Agency.
The corresponding forms for the disposal certificates or accompanying certificates are available electronically depending on the use of a provider or the country eANV in the electronic procedure and can be used after registration with the Central Coordination Centre for Waste (ZKS Waste).
