Permission to display persons on a commercial display

Anyone wishing to organise commercial displays of persons in their premises or to make their business premises available for their event requires the permission of the competent authority. This does not apply to performances with a predominantly artistic, sporting, acrobatic or similar character. Permission may be granted with a time limit and subject to conditions.

  • Information from the Business Central Register
  • Certificate of the competent tax office in tax matters

Forms are available from the competent body and via the Internet.
