In accordance with Section 34f paragraph 2 No.4 GewO, a certificate of expertise successfully passed before the Chamber of Commerce and Industry must be proven for the authorisation to broker financial assets in accordance with Section 34f (1) GewO.

Through the expert examination, the examiner provides proof that he has the specialist product and consulting knowledge necessary to carry out the activities referred to in Paragraph 34f (1) of the Trade Code. The subject of the expert examination is: Customer service: creation of customer profiles, needs assessment, Solutions Product presentation and information; technical knowledge in the following areas, in particular with regard to legal bases and tax treatment: Advising and brokering financial assets referred to in section 34f paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the Commercial Code, open investment assets within the meaning of Section 1(4) of the Investment Code and the possibilities of state support, closed investment assets within the meaning of Section 1(5) of the Investment Code, Investments within the meaning of Section 1 (2) of the Asset Investments Act.
