For your submission or complaint please contact the Bundeskartellamt in writing or by telephone. Send the Bundeskartellamt your information on possible infringements of cartel law. You have the following options: Online form, letter (by post), telephone or e-mail Your submission or complaint will be forwarded to the competent office at the Bundeskartellamt. The Bundeskartellamt will examine your submission or complaint and contact you if it has any queries. The Bundeskartellamt will then initiate an investigation under cartel law on its own initiative.
