As a recipient of assistance for the blind or as a deaf-blind person, you can also be exempt from broadcasting fees.
As a severely disabled person with the RF mark in the severely disabled ID card, you pay a reduced fee of 5.83 euros on request.

Requirement:
The application for exemption from the broadcasting fee obligation has been submitted within 2 months after the notification was issued.
If you are not entitled to social benefits because your income exceeds the respective requirement limit by less than 17.50 euros, you can apply for an exemption from the broadcasting license fee as a special hardship.
For this, a rejection notice from the social welfare authority is required, from which this marginal income excess can be seen.
