The trade de-registration can only be done personally in the Chamber of Crafts. With every business de-registration, a message is sent to - the responsible tax office - the Chamber of Industry and Commerce or the Chamber of Crafts - the respective professional association - the state office for occupational health and safety. If a representative is to make the report for you, his / her personal visit to the trade registration office is required. The representative needs a written power of attorney and must be able to identify himself.

A trade can also be deregistered by a person who can be shown to have been authorized in writing by the trade owner.
