Extracts from the real estate cadastre, State Office for Geoinformation and Surveying (LGV)

Extracts from the real estate cadastre show and describe all parcels and buildings (properties) of the FHH.
They are required for construction work of all kinds, to apply for a building permit or for notaries who notarize sales contracts.
Extracts in the form of parcel records, parcel and ownership records, inventory records and extracts from the property map are offered for a fee.
For excerpts from the building load index with personal data, the following evidence is required for data protection reasons
  • a proof of eligibility or
  • a power of attorney from the landowner or leaseholder (see link power of attorney)

Preconditions

Proof of owner information received
  • the landowners themselves
  • Leaseholders, authorized agents and notaries
  • Other persons if they demonstrate a legitimate interest

Hints

  • The customer center of the State Office for Geoinformation and Surveying has been closed to the public since May 11th, 2020.
  • Data and extracts from the real estate cadastre and building load index can now be ordered online. For further possibilities see link distribution channels.
  • It is not possible to order by telephone.
  • You can get more information by calling 040 42826 5720.
  • Extracts from the real estate cadastre are also available from the district authorities' service centers for economic development, building and the environment.
