With this online service you can submit an application for commercial construction work to be carried out at night as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The authority checks whether the use of noisy devices and machines can be approved with a view to Section 7 (1) of the 32nd Federal Immission Control Ordinance (32nd BImSchV).

In the course of the online application you will need:

  • Contact person, fixed and mobile phone as well as the email address of the company / person carrying out the work
  • The sound pressure level dB (A) according to ISO 6394 of the machines and devices to be used
  • Which noise protection measures are planned
  • An immission forecast (you can find a calculation aid here: Excel sheet )
  • A justification of the predominant public interest in carrying out the work

The issuance of a special permit according to § 7 (2) of the 32nd BImSchV is subject to a fee according to § 1 paragraph 1 of the Environmental Fee Regulations (UmwGebO) of 05.12.1995 (HmbGVBL 1995, p. 365) in the currently applicable version in connection with No. 1.3. 24 of the
Appendix 1 to the general fee schedule.

Confirmations (tolerance, consent, rejection of night work) are in accordance with Section 2 of the Fee Act (GebG) of March 5, 1986 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt 1986 p. 37) in the currently applicable version in conjunction with Section 5b of Annex 1 to the GebG
