Fault and damage reports for light signal and lighting systems in Hamburg

  1. In the event of damage or malfunctions in traffic lights or public lighting, please report directly to:

    Please give the exact description of the location (if possible, street and house number) and, if applicable, your name and telephone number.
  2. For requests and suggestions regarding traffic light switching or extensions / modifications of traffic lights, please contact the State Office for Roads, Bridges and Waters, GF / IVS 1. Contact: Ampel@LSBG.Hamburg.de
    Please give a precise description (if possible also the time and direction of travel) as well as your name and telephone number, if applicable.
  3. Alternatively, or if a new building is desired, reports can also be sent to the Ministry of the Interior and Sport, Traffic Directorate, VD 52.
