The appraisal committee for property values conducts a purchase price collection in its area of responsibility.
The collection of purchase prices contains, among other things, information on contracts for the purchase and exchange of property, land, parts of land and rights to land.
In order to manage the collection of purchase prices, the expert committee primarily receives purchase and exchange contracts from the notarizing bodies (e.g. notaries) and evaluates them.
Comparative prices can be determined from the purchase price collection, which are used to determine comparative values in the comparative value method.
Proof of legitimate interest.
