Trade register information

According to Section 14 of the Trade Regulations, public and non-public bodies can be given information about the data recorded in the trade register. There is no legal entitlement to information. The trade register information is chargeable.
ID card or passport with last registration certificate. Proof of legitimate interest in the information.


You can apply for an extract from the trade register in person or in writing. A written application is recommended. If you apply in person, you have the option of paying this amount in cash or by EC card. Please understand that if you apply in writing, the information provided will only be sent by cash on delivery, which will incur additional costs that you will have to bear. Please also note that it is unfortunately not possible to provide information on account or by direct debit due to the large number of requests for information. Checks are not accepted as a method of payment for cash reasons.
