If a company is founded or renamed whose company name is the legally protected professional title architect, landscape architect, interior designer, urban planner or urban architect, or a derived name or word formation (=professional company), a certificate of safety of the board to the partnership or commercial register is required. The Chamber of Architects and Urban Planners checks whether the legal requirements under the Hessian Architects and Urban Planners Act have been complied with on the basis of the social contract, the shareholder list and the professional liability insurance certificate. If the conditions are met, the Board shall issue a certificate of safety and send it to the competent Partnership or Commercial Register. By entering it in the Partnership or Commercial Register, the professional society is entered in the professional register of professional societies of the Chamber of Architects and Urban Planners of Hesse and becomes an independent member of the Chamber.
