Change of use of buildings Unfortunately this specification of service has not yet been completely translated.
A change of use is the change of the approved mode of use of a building. The change of use - even without structural changes - is subject to planning permission if the public building law places other or more extensive requirements on the building site in the new use. This is usually the case. The procedure corresponds to that of the approval of new buildings.
